Sometimes is easy to forget but requires a great commitment from the Airline to get the superb service you get from LAN.
I had flown LAN Business in long flights like Santiago to Sydney via Auckland or Miami Santiago. Last night I did a Miami Santiago in Coach. Great entertainment system, distance between seats, great meals and.... wine and after drinks complimentary!!! People have a service minded approach and you can see that.
In my many years traveling I got used to US based airlines but is a great reminder to flight sometimes LAN to realize that great service is not only possible in Asian airlines.
